Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to questions that we are often asked by students. We hope you find the answers helpful, however, if you have a question that is not answered below, please feel free to email us.

  1. How do I register for a course?

    Registering for a course is simple, fill out the registration form. For information on the courses offered check out our current courses page.

  2. How do I cancel a course registration?

    Your course registration can be cancled up tp five working days prior to the scheduled course by emailing Janette Prince.

  3. What forms of payment do we accept?

    The MD T2 Center will be happy to accept payment by P.O., check, Mastercard, or Visa.

  4. What is included with the fees?

    The fees paid for our courses include registration, materials, a continental breakfast and a variety of refreshments, unless otherwise noted.

  5. What is the MD T2 Center's Federal Tax ID Number?

    Our Federal Tax ID Number is: 52-6002033

  6. If a registree can't make it can someone else from my company attend the course instead?

    Absolutely! On the day of the class, please just make a note on the sign-in sheet letting us know who's place you took.

  7. Where can I park?

    UPDATED! Corner of Campus Drive and Corporal Frank Scott Drive (fenced lot). Please park at the far end from the entrance. Exit through the side farthest from the highway, towards the automotive shops. Go down 1 block to the corner of 50th St. and College Ave.. For driving directions, visit our contact us page.

  8. Are you accessible from the Metro?

    Yes we are located within walking distance from the College Park Metro Station (Green Line). From the College Park Metro Station: Exit the metro station through the turnstiles. Make an immediate left and go up the stairs. Walk along side of the parking deck and cross Campus Drive at the parking deck traffic signal. The MD T2 Center is located in the four-story brick building with a banner at the top saying Technology Ventures Building. To plan your visit using the metro visit Metro's web site.

  9. Are you accessible from a MARC train station?

    Yes, we are a short walk from the College Park station which is on the MARC Camden Line. To plan your trip visit the MARC train visit their web site.

  10. Where are you located exactly?

  12. ​​​Professional Development Hours

    License renewals will be required to fulfill a minimum of 12 Professional Development Hours (or PDHs). Many of our courses offer PDHs. For a more detailed listing of all our courses, visit our course catalog.

  14. How do I register more people than the registration form allows?

    The registration form allows up to nine participants to register at one time, if you have more than nine registrants, please email Janette Prince at to let her know who the other registrants are and she'll be glad to include them

  15. How do I find out about more training/events?

             Join our mailing list! We send out periodic course announcements, newsletters and pass along any valuable information we think you would be interested in. We keep your information private!
